BURMA
Burma is about 2832 km long, west to Bangladeshi,
south to Andaman, and have 486 km2 coast line. That is why it is a treasure of
the marine product. Its natural lakes and rivers are the paradise of fresh water
fish culture.
In estimation, 1050 kilometric tons marine products are caught every years,
among 932 kilometric tons are the fresh water fishes and shrimps. Fishery products
export reached to 74180 metric tons, totally worthed 167.1 billionUS Dollars.
